Refund policy

A customer may request a refund within seven calendar days of their first paid Mandarin Reflex subscription purchase. This gives a genuine evaluation period without implying guaranteed learning outcomes.

Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once a new billing period begins, except where required by law or where a billing error occurred. Cancel before the renewal date shown in Billing to prevent the next charge.

Contact support@mandarinreflex.com from the account email and include the purchase reference. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; processor and bank timing may vary.

We may deny requests involving abuse, chargeback fraud, or repeated first-purchase claims. Mandatory cooling-off, cancellation, and consumer rights in your jurisdiction take priority over this policy.
